UT Southwestern Medical Center physicians take complex medical information about skin care health and beauty and describe it to patients in easy-to-understand terms. In addition, we also offer patients access to educational materials that will help them to learn more about skin care and why they are candidates for the treatment prescribed.
Patient education can make a significant difference in how patients approach skin care. In addition to access to UT Southwestern’s health-care professionals, patients may consult our Health Library to better understand what to expect before, during and after treatment.
